WHAT DOES “FRACTIONAL CALDEN”
MEANS?
"Fractional Caldén", means that instead of
buying your property in full and take over full
maintenance, you buy a share of a fully
furnished apartment included in a "Short
Term Tourist Rental Pool", obtaining the
income generated, and the right to use it for
a pre-set time.
In a "Short Term Tourist Rental Pool”, all
incomes are distributed among the
members of the group. The program
manager takes a fee of 15 %. This fee
includes all dynamic revenue management
fees.

We provide a professional management
team, responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the properties managed in the
program.
This is a new option in Argentina, but well
known worldwide. Currently is being used in
several projects in the country.
FRACCIONAL CALDEN is not a Timeshare.
The difference with a timeshare is that the
investor of "Fractional Caldén" owns the real
estate, been favored by the revalorization of
the property, and with total freedom to exit
the investment by selling the share.
