CARHUÉ
§ Calden I is located in the center of the town of Carhué, meters from the main square.
§ Carhué is 500 km from Buenos Aires and 200 km from Bahia Blanca. Furthermore
17,000,000 people live in a radius of less than 800 km.

13. WHAT DOES “FRACTIONAL CALDEN”
MEANS?
"Fractional Caldén", means that instead of
buying your property in full and take over full
maintenance, you buy a share of a fully
furnished apartment included in a "Short
Term Tourist Rental Pool", obtaining the
income generated, and the right to use it for
a pre-set time.
In a "Short Term Tourist Rental Pool”, all
incomes are distributed among the
members of the group. The program
manager takes a fee of 15 %. This fee
includes all dynamic revenue management
fees.
We provide a professional management
team, responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the properties managed in the
program.
This is a new option in Argentina, but well
known worldwide. Currently is being used in

FRACCIONAL CALDEN is not a Timeshare.
The difference with a timeshare is that the
