Is data transmitted and stored safely e.g. encrypted and
password protected?
Is it possible to seal the information exclusively to individuals
appointed by your company?
Is the service regularly security tested?
Is reporting through e-mail excluded (due to data security
risks)?
Can data be translated within the closed system?
Is personal data deleted according to EU data protection
rules?

User friendliness
Do you offer an easy to use reporting channel to the whistle-
blower, available 24/7, in the languages relevant to markets
where you operate?
Can you communicate the credibility and the security of the
