• The act of leading only simultaneously reaches its purpose and its efficiency when
motivated by enthusiasm and based on virtue.

We must recognize that each and every one of the social formations only grow and
prosper if they receive the ideal thrust and only endure in time if they become moral
communities.

People who move for the love of wealth and prestige can achieve important results. But only the person

judge as madness.

ideal, a goal, an objective that is much much greater than our individual dreams.

THE STRATEGIC IDEA
To achieve an activity, run a business, build a business or build a house, it is necessary to
develop a strategic idea. The strategic idea identifies the key problem, which is the solution of

The strategic idea is not based on an examination of all alternatives, of all opinions, of all
possibilities. On the contrary it eliminates, it simplifies, it is not lost in recriminations and

The success is based on 5 stages: The first is to get in contact with the market, public, The second is to
interrogate, explore, imagine the thoughts of others, feelings. The third to take careful economic calculations,
find funding. The fourth, remember that each of the decisions taken are only the beginning and finally the fifth
is to have the ability to mobilize others, to convince them.
DETERMINATION
Everyone can carry out their goals as long as they devote a lot of
energy to them and remain active, tireless.
Many people consider themselves a leader simply because they
hold a position, have a title, give imperative orders, impose fear.
A leader must take into account the following:
• Set goals and big objectives
• If you do not know something, ask for help
• Accept opinions of others
• Persevere
• It does not stop in the face of difficulties
• Find solutions
• It involves others to the point where they all share
the same problem and the same victory.
WILL CARRY YOUR IDEA

The leader should not be carried away by the fear of making mistakes and

There are two types of bosses

being in official ceremonies, etc.

someone as an obstacle, only for being unable to understand
the importance or necessity of this project and not
understanding anything, he only believes that he can do better
and is more apt to lead it.

• Sometimes we see existing institutions like the hills or mountains,
nobody has done them, they exist and that’s it.
• The value we give to anything is different when we are the creators
themselves, the articles or when they are useful to us. In the opposite
case, we do not pay attention to the amount of energy, sacrifice and
intelligence that they invested to create them.

state, city, institution or product is a collective adventure in which many
people have contributed and that the last boss is nothing more than his
heir or continuator.

Non-partisan: recognizes the quality of the actions regardless of whether it
is in favor or against.
A good employer or a leader must know how to choose the able people
without interfering in their decision their social preferences. bosses with
impartial maturity are born like this, they know how to appreciate the
qualities, merits and capacity of those around them.

dedicate attention and a recognition that should be well provided.
That is why the pressure is accompanied by certain characteristics that make it even more harmful:
The complaint: It is the action of the person who always wants to be heard, loved, taken into account
The lack of enrichment: They are actions done by people with modest life, they only accept changes that can
be made under their comfort area
The mobster
• We all have the rumor that a mafia person is one who works in organized crime but you just need to study a
little to know that it is called like this to every person with honor
Some of the qualities of mafia people are the following:
• It does not represent a cold figure
• cordial person
• person able to do something without asking for something in return
• generates a feeling of gratitude
Today we suffer more and more to find people like that and that is why it is said that in managerial positions
this kind of people are needed because what today is in floor only are arrogant and haughty people
The leader is the one who makes the decisions that are correct and transmits
to others their trust, conviction, enthusiasm and the fulfillment of a dream. In
the world, a leader is one who fights for the fulfillment of a goal that has the
bases for stand out from others and that takes logical, rational decisions and
looks to the future even if this is uncertain.
