2. A great resume is easy to read and can be scanned within 3 seconds. A good
resume and a bad resume.

Why Is it so hard to get interview feedback?
Recruiters are busy.
Some are lazy.
Others just don't want to hurt your feelings.
Solution: Ask the hiring manager. Follow up multiple times. Connect with them
on LinkedIn and use Inmails. Mock interviews really help to get feedback
beforehand.
Moving Forward
● If you don’t pass, find out if it's culture or
role-related.
● Try for a different role or again in 6-12 months.
● Or, plan B, find a non-FAANG job and look for a

  • 14. Why Is it so hard to get interview feedback? Recruiters are busy. Some are lazy. Others just don't want to hurt your feelings. Solution: Ask the hiring manager. Follow up multiple times. Connect with them on LinkedIn and use Inmails. Mock interviews really help to get feedback beforehand.

Moving Forward ● If you don’t pass, find out if it's culture or role-related. ● Try for a different role or again in 6-12 months. ● Or, plan B, find a non-FAANG job and look for a stepping stone. Why you should apply anyways... ● Great practice for the process ● Makes you a better interviewee for other roles ● Puts you in the system for future roles
