As a part of Strategic Adjacencies and Customer Channels (SACC) department, SAPG section is mainly focused on Azercell projects with the main mission to improve customer experience and engagement. My main responsibilities in this section are to define different kind of processes and apply innovation methodologies for their improvement. I also help SACC/SAPG with providing Barama Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center resources in creating new tools and services for both internal and external clients.
