• A system of agreement is the collection of technologies and
processes that organizations use for their written
agreements
• Those agreements can be sales contracts, employment
offers, and hundreds of other agreement types
• A typical Contract/Agreement Lifecycle starts with a request
of a document, proceeds through review and negotiation
cycles, followed by approvals routing, and signatures.

• DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce is a managed package which can be found in the
Salesforce App exchange.
• DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce can be used with both Salesforce Classic and Salesforce
Lightning.
• Install the managed package from Salesforce AppExchange, then connect your DocuSign
account and Salesforce account.

13. DocuSign connect
• DocuSign Connect is a push service used by
organizations that want to send real-time data
updates to internal listeners or external applications.
• An account can have a maximum of 300 Connect
configurations.
• DocuSign Connect currently supports the following
standard configurations. They are Salesforce, Box, One
Drive, eOriginal.

14. DocuSign connect
• As a DocuSign eSignature administrator, you can configure various account-specific settings
across your eSignature account.
• You can view and configure account settings, including billing details, envelope usage, account
profile items and other basic items.

15. Users & Groups
• As an eSignature administrator, you can add new users and
manage existing users on your eSignature account.
• There are three standard profiles they are DS Admin, DS
Sender, DS Viewer.
• In addition to standard profile admin can create custom
profiles in order to meet the requirements.
• Groups are mainly used for branding and template sharing
purpose.

16. Auditing & Bulk actions
• Account audit logs provide an easy way for eSignature
administrators to see changes to their account settings, billing
information, plan type and users.
• Administrators can export this information as a comma-
separated values (CSV) file.
• By default, the Account Audit log shows the account changes
from the past seven days.
• A maximum of 100 events are displayed in the audit log.
