2. Brief & Concept
The Chartiers Valley Chorus Parents Association (CVCPA) organizes events and fund raiser for the
Chorus students and their trips and concerts. This year, one of the first fund raisers is a Hoagie
sale. This will be targeted towards parents of the students at Chartiers Valley and in neighboring
communities as well as the students that go to that school. This is an annual fund raiser that
helps raise money for the Chorus trip at the end of the year. In order to call attention to the
menu, and make it more dynamic, entertaining and attract both parents and students, we decided to
give it the look of an old school sub shop and use tonal icons that reflect the primary ingredients
of the hoagie. The order form reflected the elements in menu and provided information and
directions as well as a place to put down your name, address, child’s name and phone number.
The order form also helps tally the total number of hoagies per form and per person.
