  1. EWB ISSUE 24. UK EDITION – FRIDAY 15 JUNE 2007 Conference countdown – only seven days left! Grab your cheering sticks, because there’s plenty to be cheerful about this month when the event we’ve been eagerly waiting for finally arrives! The Summer Sales Conference is merely days away, so take this opportunity to grab your friends, colleagues, family members and acquaintances, because it would be, quite frankly, downright rude to keep the amazing experience of a Kleeneze conference all to yourself. “In January 2005 les and I were invited along to the Conference to support a friend, Kate Glover, who was doing a testimonial. Having watched her and her husband be involved with Kleeneze for three years we had no idea that the Kleeneze Opportunity could be something for us. But that Saturday we were blown away by the experience. After heading Andy Stephenson’s Bamboo Tree story (you can listen to this in the Distributor Support Arena) we decided to get started straight away. We have been on a European Conference to Budapest, where I was given the chance to give my own testimonial. We won £1000 worth of vouchers from the company and the Rising Stars incentive last year. We also featured on the Kleeneze Show – who would have thought that joining Kleeneze would have got us on the telly? With our fantastic and growing team we know that anything is achievable with this Opportunity, and this is all down to one story we heard at a Conference. rd So bring people along to the Conference on the 23 June and change their lives for the better.” Laura Thorpe and Les Ward Gold Distributors What to look forward to: Watching Kriss Akabusi in action. Anyone who’s won three Summer Olympic medals, three World Championship medals, broken the British record for sprinting, received an MBE and formed his own company specialising in motivational speeches, is alright in our book. Seeing the top five SEDs with the highest team attendance! We’ve been keeping a close eye on the ever-changing leader board over recent weeks, but now we finally know who will be taking to the stage with Patrick Jolly to open the conference. The final names are Heather and James O’Neil, Mel Mortimer, Craig and Magdalena White, Dave and Anne Pemberton Smith and Graham and Georgina Long. Congratulations to all! We shall be cheering you on!
  2. Making some noise. We’re not known for our shy, retiring manner here at the Kleeneze offices, so the mere mention of a conference clap-o-meter got us bouncing up and down with glee. Not only do we get to hear wise words from the Kleeneze Network Panel (Steve Roper, Jean Day, Jay Singh, Amanda Bibby and Jamie de Caso), but we get to vote for the best tips from all of them from their one minute speeches by making as much noise as possible. We think we can manage that! Hearing all your goals. Please don’t forget to bring your mobiles to the conference, so you can text in your five-year plans. We can’t wait to hear all about them and if you stick to your plan, we’ll see you up on the stage next year being recognised in true Kleeneze fashion! Finding out if we’re really going to end up in Skegness for the Autumn Destination. We’re not averse to a donkey ride and an ice cream, admittedly, but secretly we’re hoping Skegness might just be a codeword… Meeting everyone! We can’t wait to get out of the office and see you all, so make sure you come up and introduce yourself when you see us. “We had a fabulous time in a wonderful location. The conference and testimonials were really inspiring. It was a great weekend meeting the top achievers and the Kleeneze management team. Looking forward to the next one!” David and Sally Messer, Gold distributors and First-Time Qualifiers More from Cannes “What an absolutely fantastic time we had in Cannes! The weather was tremendous, the food was second-to-none, the drink flowed freely, the hotel was stunning and the location was exactly the same as all the photos we have had as our screen savers for the past seven months. It was amazing! Kleeneze treated us like royalty making us feel all very welcome and at home so we could relax and enjoy the pampering. The conference itself was fantastic with lots of guest speakers from all over the UK and Ireland, some with lots of challenges going on in their lives. There was laughter and wit, emotion and tears. We networked with lots of very successful Kleeneze Distributors like Mike and Jean Day (Gold Senior Executive Distributors) and Ram and Sylvia Lang (Silver Senior Executive Distributors) and literally picked their brains. They were all so accessible and ready to share information and their experiences with us. The Kleeneze Management team were all there and we chatted to them as well. Michael Khatkar and Simon Warren were always on hand. How refreshing it was to hear that Richard Buchanan and Jamie Stuart are going out retailing to see how it all works and if there is anything that can be improved upon to make things easier for the network (that's us!). There was a fantastic sense of belonging to something really special and lots of reassurances from Findel and Kleeneze about how bright the future is for us all in this amazing business. We returned from Cannes more focused and more determined than ever that we will be able to build a massively successful business and repeat this fantastic experience with more of our team members.” Jeanette and Dave Ward Senior Distributors and First-Time Qualifiers Book now for the Summer Sales Conference: Conference tickets cost £10 and you can pay by credit card, debit card or using your Kleeneze account. It’s really easy to book your ticket:
  3. Phone Call the NIA Box Office on 0870 730 0145 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). Online. Visit www.necgroup.co.uk (24 hours). Go to ‘Buy Tickets’ and search the A-Z of listings. Once you have selected the Kleeneze Summer Sales Conference use the promotional code KLEEN9186. Fax Fax the booking form enclosed with your printed versions of Enterprize Bulletin to 0121 767 3850. Tips to win You are an innovative lot! We’ve been inundated with your cleaning tips in recent weeks and are amazed at your pearls of cleaning wisdom. This week, Seph O’Connell and Sarah Watson, Bronze Executive Distributors, win a How Clean Is Your House? board game for their practical use for potato peelings. Keep them coming! “If glassware becomes dull and cloudy, fill the glass piece with wet potato peelings and let stand for 24hrs or longer - when washed it will sparkle like new.” The Great outdoors The quintessential English summer – Eating strawberries and cream, while sipping on Pimms on a beautifully manicured lawn, catching the finals of Wimbledon. It’s a lot easier said than done, though, and after the quintessential winter and spring we’ve had, a beautifully manicured lawn might be the last thing you see upon looking out your windows. Which is where we come in. Or rather, where the new Summer Outdoor Life Catalogue comes in. The new catalogue is a one-stop shop for everything you need to create a beautiful garden. And once you’ve finished making it look every bit the English country garden, there’s a whole range of items for outdoor activities and outdoor dining. Summer Outdoor Life is 32-pages long and contains many of the popular items from the Spring catalogue with garden cleaning and tidying items. However, our new issue also includes many more items to enhance your time in the garden. All you need to worry about is chilling that bottle of Pimms! The Outdoor Life Catalogue is available in packs of 50 on code 08524 for £5 per pack. They are also available in Retail Kits on code 02623. Mirror shine At the Christmas Conference, Patrick Jolly said we’d be shouting Kleeneze from the rooftops. Well, we’re happy enough shouting about it in the National press for now! Kleeneze will be featured in the Saturday Mirror on 16 June. The top national newspaper which has one of the biggest readerships in Britain will feature the Rooster Weather Vane and Garden Ladybird Set. Spread the word! In next week’s EWB... Find out who has qualified for the Kleeneze International Conference on the gorgeous island of Phuket!
  4. Tony Doolan, Silver Distributor, tells us what convinced him to join the Kleeneze Opportunity Why John Hawkes told Irene Wilson she had ‘a face like a freshly squeezed lemon’ and why she’s happy he did. And get EXCLUSIVE details of Kleeneze’s new Network Forum, where you will get your chance to have a say in the company’s future. “We have been working as a Kleeneze distributors for just over a year and built up a hard working team of ten distributors. When we joined Kleeneze it was just to earn a bit of extra money, however, since then the orders have been flooding in – we never imagined our lives would be transformed in this way.” Karen and Trevor Cook, Gold distributors and First-Time Qualifiers Summer Recruitment Incentive We love summer here and we didn’t think anything could make it a nicer season – until we saw this Summer Recruitment Incentive. Fancy £125? Course you do. Well get recruiting! Requirement • New Distributor (Distributor 1) signed up by 22 June 2007 + • They produce a minimum of £400 of product orders within 4 weeks + • Introduce a team member who must produce £400 of product orders within 4 weeks of their own account set-up date Reward • Distributor 1 receives £125 credit into their Kleeneze account – equivalent to Super200 kit – allow approximately 2 weeks for credit to be processed after achieving requirement Great News! Improving Stock Availability Helping us to help you with improved stock availability. From Saturday 23 June 2007, the product codes printed in catalogues will increase from 6 to 8 digits. This will enable us to track sales from specific editions of a catalogue and manage product stocks more effectively. It will help us to significantly improve stock availability. rd In the new catalogues being launched at the Summer Conference on Saturday 23 June, the product codes will be displayed as follows: Product Code: 012345-22 Please ensure that you enter the entire 8 digit number for all items ordered from the new catalogues. Please note: • If you are placing an order from an old catalogue, you will still be able to enter the 6 digit Product code printed in that catalogue – this will still be accepted. • The last 2 digits will not be required for Returns • When ordering Sales Aids, the last 2 digits will not be required • Revised Customer Order Forms will be included in all Kits from 23 June Autumn Destination (2)007
  5. We’ve come over all James Bond this month in the office. With the Autumn Destination 2007 (Or Two-double-‘0’-seven, as we like to say) still to be announced on 23 June at the Summer Sales Conference, it’s all very top secret. Thanks to our lovely, but very secretive conference organisers, the security around the destination’s name would give the British Secret Service a run for its money, so we’ll have to wait another week to discover where it is. But what we can tell you is how and when to qualify: Autumn Destination Criteria – Summer 2007 THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD IS BETWEEN PERIOD 6, 2007 AND PERIOD 9, 2007 INCLUSIVE. 1. Achieve Sales Plan progression at least ONE position to a MINIMUM of Gold Distributor 2. Maintain the new position for a further TWO periods 3. This will equal a total of three Sales Periods at the new position DISTRIBUTORS THAT REGISTERED IN 2007, UP TO AND INCLUDING PERIOD 4, 2007: 1. Achieve a MINIMUM of 18% Volume Profit in periods 6 and 7 2. Achieve Sales Plan progression to Gold in Period 8 3. Maintain the GOLD level in Period 9 DISTRIBUTORS THAT REGISTER IN PERIODS 5 OR 6: 1. SED CRITERIA: Qualify at the SED Level (5 Wide) for ANY 3 Periods during Periods 6 & 9, inclusive. THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY: 1. All qualifying Distributorships must show a year-on-year Bulk Sales increase over the same period in the previous year (i.e. Bulk Sales from this competition period will be compared to bulk sales during Period 6 to Period 9, 2006). 2. A Distributorship can only qualify for a particular conference once. (i.e. Multiple qualification for a conference does not automatically qualify a distributorship for the next conference in the following year).
  6. 3. Kleeneze will not be liable for any failure to provide any or all the facilities described in any promotional literature relating to the conference. 4. Invitations will only be sent to partners of qualifying distributorships, if the partner is registered onto the distributorship by the end of Period 5, 2007. 5. If any distributorship achieves an increase in status level due solely to the termination of a Downline Distributor, then such an increase in status level will not count towards satisfying the conference criteria. 6. Attendance at the conference is by INVITATION ONLY, therefore Kleeneze reserves the right to decline to invite or withdraw the invitation of any distributorship that would otherwise have qualified to attend the conference. 7. Due to accommodation constraints, attendance could be limited. It’s good to talk Do you have any thoughts on what you’d like to see more (or less) of in EWB? All suggestions are welcome.
