PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Project Management
• Synchronized the merger of five major companies’ standard operating procedures into one dynamic plan that created a
crisis response team consisting of 1500 employees to execute Humanitarian Assistance Disaster Relief by providing
life/crisis support to federal, state and local governments in preparation for hurricane seasons.
• Coordinated global sustainment conferences, operational plans and processes to support global distribution and
execution of prepositioning stockpiles, combat maritime operations and Defense Support for Civilian Authority.
• Managed over 2K logistical requests in preparation for long-term military deployment aboard defense shipping:
executed fiscal responsibility of $3M; arranged the movement and transportation of 250 staff members; expedited the
flow of 300 short tons of cargo; contracted husbanding agent support in foreign countries; and organized logistical
support for operations and exercises with foreign military contracted support.
• Developed and promulgated six major operational, strategic and contingency plans for sustainment requirements
supporting 80K employees operating within the Atlantic region focusing on augmenting commercial shipping and
prepositioned stock-piles that strategically supported 13 Navy defense ships conducting global operations.
• Supervised 12 personnel assigned to the Operations/Plans Branch in support of headquarters’ mission as a world-wide
service provider; supporting seven global commanders with deployment, distribution, mobility and in-transit visibility
of strategic assets.
Facilities/Maintenance Management
• Performed contracting responsibilities for the completion of five military construction projects valued over $25M and
10 minor projects valued at $10M.
• Coordinated with regional facilities maintenance headquarters to resolve 800 maintenance trouble tickets; increasing
readiness by 20%.
• Performed oversight management of the Government Purchase Card Program valued at $10M, resulting in an
outstanding mission ratings with zero findings during higher headquarters inspections.
• Monitored life-cycle logistics in the regional area; supervising contract execution and overseeing delivery of products

• Improved procedures and communications between staff sections and logistic commodities, which included facilities

• Developed logistics classes and curriculum for combat logistics indoctrination courses and managed the creation of
six-warfighting classes; Command and Control, Maneuver, Fires, Intelligence, Logistics and Force Protection to
support the DoD enterprise.
• Developed the Maritime Sea to Ground Cadre teams to support (4) academic training events for North Atlantic Treaty
Organization forces; developed the curriculum and training plan that focused on creating subtopics to expand the level
of expertise in support of future academic classes in strategic mobility.
Safety/Investigations/Risk Management
• Conducted 40 mishap investigations consisting of $200M in government lost; identified casual factors and provided
sound recommendations to the senior executive leadership of the USMC and U.S. Navy to prevent recurring mishaps.
• Provided 15 informative briefs and detailed analysis on critical safety issues to prevent future accidents to USMC
safety director and the senior execute leader of the Marine Corps.
• Provided subject matter expertise in the revisions of the Ground Safety of Marines and Mishap Investigation and
Report Manual and submitted 10 insightful articles for the Ground Warrior Magazine.

Transportation/Maintenance Management
• Advocated for transportation, logistics modernization, operational plans, and regional facilities development in

• Arranged and organized the distribution of critical Armored HUMVEE vehicles, utilized by operational staffs
consisting of 600 personnel to conduct vehicle patrols in hazardous environments in Iraq.
• Coordinated, scheduled, and tracked 400 air support, 100 vehicle transportation and 500 movement request in order
to effectively deliver critical assets during combat operations in Iraq.
• Developed and promulgated deployment plans to conduct throughput operations for 10 training evolutions, resulting
in 600K mishap-accident free miles driven with 50M short tons delivered.
• Developed and managed a comprehensive first echelon preventive maintenance program which drastically improved
the quality and quantity of preventive maintenance by 25% for 100 heavy and medium rolling stock.
Leadership
• Provided sound leadership to 600 employees during combat operations in Iraq; transportation, supply-chain
management, maintenance, facilities, engineering and services, resulting in a 20% production increase in maintenance
readiness to a deployment high of 98%.
• Managed the staff of 75 employees that completed embarkation requirements to deploy and redeploy 500 employees
and 125 mission critical equipment assets enabling the chief executive officer to provide seamless security and force
