3. Be Specific
An advanced Google search will allow us to get more
specific information on the topic we are researching.
Key Words -words that are needed to find information on
your topic. These words can be added in the all these words
field.
Example:
If you wanted to look up Walt Disney World, “world” is a key
word because Walt Disney is also a person.
4. Phrases
If you are looking for an exact phrase you can use
the exact wording or phrase field. This will narrow
your search down to results with that exact phrase
included.
-Example:
You could use it if you want to find a quote with only
specific words in it “never give up’.
5. Excluding Terms
To exclude results with words you do not want you
can use the any of these unwanted words field.
6. Images
Clicking the images button will give you images for the
word or phrase you entered and even narrow down those
results by specifying size, color and type of picture you
are looking for.
