2. PROFILE

 Responsible for preparing the Document control schedule, Design basis reports, Project Specifications, Scope
of work, Bill of quantities, As built drawings and getting approval from client.
 Quality Inspection & Assurance of incoming materials at site store for damages and onsite checking, Product
quality checks for ensuring 100 % customer satisfaction.
 Conducting weekly review meetings with Construction Managers, Conducting training programs for site
engineers and supervisors.
 Getting Client approval for drawings and documents, Reviewing vendor submittals, Inspection of equipments
at Vendor’s factory premises.
 Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases
and elements.
 Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance
standards.
 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

Station for PGCIL at Bina, MP , ( July 2009 to October 2010)
Client:Power Grid Corporation of India Limited
Scope of work includes Switchyard design calculations, Layout & SLD Drawings, Data Bank Creation
using IEEE,IEC,CIGRE , System studies viz. Electrical Clearances , Lightning Protection Analysis
using New Erikson Method, Optimum sub conductor spacing analysis, Thermal Rating & Surge
Impedance Loading, Conductor Surface Gradients & Corona Onset- gradients, Electric Fields at
ground, Radio Interference & Audible Noise, Short Circuit Force Studies – Flexible & Rigid
Conductor, Bus Bar & Conductor Sizing Analysis, Cantilever strength for various equipments, Sag
Tension Analysis, Spacer Span Analysis, Lighting Calculations & Earthing system Analysis, Power &

Scope of work includes Preparation of layout and SLD for 400kV one & half scheme switchyard and
associated control building, Preparing design documents/ drawings (DCI) schedule, preparation of
Earthing, Lightning protection, cable trench, lighting layouts & calculations, Cable trench layout,
Power & Control cable schedule, Getting Client approval for drawings and documents, Reviewing
vendor submittals, Inspection of equipments at vendor’s factory premises, preparing As built drawings.
2. LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED-MUMBAI (Asst.Engineering Manager)
Client: Mumbai International Airport Limited & GVK (October 2010 to July 2015)
Project Description: Design & Detailed Engineering of Electrical distribution systems for new
Terminal-2, associated road network, Multi Level Car Parking, Air traffic Control tower, Apron lighting
for Mumbai International Airport Limited.
Scope of work includes Detailed Engineering using consultant’s (SOM,USA) design development
drawings and further tendering, Preparing design documents/drawings (DCI) schedule, Preparing
specifications, Scope of work , Detailed Engineering of Indoor 11kV substation & associated LV
electrical distribution systems, Lighting & Lighting Control monitoring system including Retail &
Landscape area, Roadways lighting, Equipment, Cable tray, Lightning protection, earthing layouts &
Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Transformers, HT & LT Panels, Cables, APFC, Bus ducts, UPS,
Battery bank, Cable trays, Earthing, Light fixtures, Distribution Works like conduiting & wiring,

Project Description: R-APDRP Project in Varanasi town for reducing Aggregate Technical &
Commercial Losses in Varanasi Town distribution system.
Scope of work includes Design & Site Coordination for 28 nos. of New and existing 33/11 kV
substations, Preparing design documents/drawings (DCI) schedule, Getting Client approval for design
drawings/documents, Review of vendor submittals, Quality Inspection & Assurance of incoming
materials at site store for damages and onsite checking, BoQ preparation & assisting procurement
department, Monitoring 33 and 11 kV UG cabling works, LT distribution works (new & re-conductoring
of lines, transformers) ,Conducting weekly review meetings with Construction Managers, Conducting
training programs for site engineers and supervisors.

4. 4. Researchin reconfiguration of distribution network with distributed generators for loss
minimization. (Internship in M.Tech.)
Project Description: The research work effectively investigated the suitable mitigation
techniques for maintaining the uniform distribution of loads & reducing the losses in the power
system to improve the end-use electrical demand using MATLAB software. Papers were
presented & appreciated at National & international level conferences.
