• It is placed in all important parts of
the house-like the granaries-or the
fields. Especially during planting
and harvesting times.
• Fragrant perfumes were annointed
such as musk and civet.

•During ceremonies. These idols
were “praised in poetic songs sung
by the afficiating priests, Male or
female, called the catalonan.”
•The purpose of these it to ask the
idol to favor them with things they
were in need.
