PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am an accomplished and adaptable Chemical Engineer and MSc in Business Management with 5+ years of
varied engineering experience across multiple sectors. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and trained as
Black Belt. I am keen to develop these skills in a business environment by working on specific projects
where I can contribute to improvement on a practical level.
Acknowledged as a committed and quality focused manager, able to offer strategic and operationally sound
solutions I am quick to develop strong working relationships at all levels of seniority, both externally and

As part of the training program and reporting to the appropriate Plant Manager, I carried out continuous
improvement projects, leading teams of up to 20 people across UK, Italy, Denmark, and Germany that
yielded savings up to 100K€/year. I assisted with the implementation of Lean Six Sigma culture in each of
the four plants I worked in.
Responsibilities:
Provided statistical analyses of key issues to evaluate plant performance.
Carried out the first SMED project in the Campegine plant (Italy), introducing Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
philosophy and tools, including training of employees on new operating procedures.
Achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification and completed Black Belt training.
During my time in Germany, my role as Process Optimiser for the plant included: managing KPIs
and liaising with different suppliers, as well as managing optimisation projects.

Led a team of ten employees, responsible for training, performance and absence management, as
well as coordinating resources to provide 24/7 services to the plant.

projects including scope of work, work breakdown structure, and targets using CAD (water facilities,
steam, air, meal, and fat).
Managed, planned, scheduled, and monitored the maintenance of plant facilities and machinery
using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure the optimisation of
production lines whilst complying with Quality, Safety, and Health.
