What is the sexual harassment?
It’s defined unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and
other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:
· Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term
or condition of an individual's employment, or
· Submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as a
basis for employment decisions affecting such individual, or
· Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with
an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or
offensive working environment
Unwelcome does not mean "involuntary."
3. What are the problems of this conducts?
• This conducts have a lot of problems in there because the people who are affected
about it, don’t want to go to work anymore and this affect their normal
performance physically and mentally.
• Some examples about this problem or some things who this conduct include are:
• Unwanted pressure for sexual favors.
• · Unwanted deliberate touching, leaning over, cornering, or pinching.
· Unwanted sexual looks or gestures.
· Unwanted letters, telephone calls, or materials of a sexual nature.

5. What is the solution for this problem?
• One important thing that we need to know is that every situation is different ,so see
this steps and see if someone can help you:
• 1-Consult to your boss if the company have sexual harassment police and follow it.
• 2-Try speaking to the person who are harassing you and ask if can stop the behavior
• 3-Also you can go and talk with the human resources department.
• 4-File a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
