NA POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To conceptualize and implement strategic Human Resource activities in tuned to organization’s business process, value and operational style. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manpower Planning: Preparation of annual manpower planning in collaboration with CEO, DGMs and Departmental Heads.
2.Organizational Structuring through departmental modeling (hierarchy-wise).
3.Designing, developing and implementing Incentive system for staff and technical based ondefined KPIs and measuring individual/departmental performance based on monthly targets.
4.Preparing Job Description of all available Job Roles and ensure with principle of S.M.A.R.T.
5.Conducting Workforce Utilization study for each department in company.
6.HR Process Mapping and accordingly re-engineering HR Policies, SOPs alligned with Businessperspective keeping organisation’s MISSION, VISION & CORE VALUES.
7.Devising, implementing and maintaining Monthly Performance Tracking System of all Job Roleswhich aids to conduct state-of-the-art annual performance appraisal system
8.Designing and rolling out Annual Performance Appraisal System across the organization, withimplementation of state-of-art Performance Appraisal Template across functions and geographiclocations.
9.Ensuring Human Resource information and processes in ERP system at high accuracy, integrityand efficiency.
10.Optimizing ERP system utilization by all functions through state-of-art in-house trainingprograms in coordination with IT Department.
11.Mapping Training Need Analysis (TNA) and accordingly conducting annual behavioral andFunctional Training Programs for all available functionalities in consultation with BusinessLeaders.

16.Initiating and evolving Organizational Development activities in respect of Process and CulturalDevelopment.
17.Monitoring Station HR activities through direct supervision and controlling work activities ofstation HR staff. INTERNAL CROSS WORKING RELATIONS (DEPARTMENTAL):

Academic Education:
MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management System from premier B-School.
Relevant Experience :
Maximum 12-15 years of experience with at least 7 - 10 years at a similar capacity or level instrategic HR function

Human Resource Management
Analytical skills
Computer Skills:
Expert level of proficiency in MS Office
Expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
