  1. Understand that each one of us have their own contradictionsAs humans we should know our limits and defy them
  2. We need to let go of the bad things.We focus our bad things on internal factors, so it’s up to us to let it affect our lives.
  3. - We remember much more the bad situations.We focus our good things on external factors, but we should give ourselves more credit.
  4. We are everything that has happened to us, but that doesn’t define us.We are multifaceted.
  5. - Mirror room metaphor: If we are in the middle of a mirror room, we see ourselves from all angles and from different perspectives and all of those represent us in a small way. We are all of those images put together, and not just some of them. Our biggest flaw is to not accept all the reflections.
  6. 5 min-plan10 min-activity10 min-give feedback5 min-explain what positive feedback is and wrap up
