Originally made for a workshop given at BIG smart cities 4th edition. Doesn't aim to be a step by step guide on what to say or include in a pitch or deck but mostly help people understand the concept and level of flow they should achieve in communicating their value proposition.
I don't believe in the need to have a specific order of topics or even information but rather that the content should be focused on the most positive aspects of each idea/project are.

57. • Practice for the time you have (3min) stick to it
• There are very few wrong answers, but a lot of bad justifications
• Don’t try to be the smartest person in the room
• Know who your pitching
• Execution is key, so make the team shine
• Mention sources for all the data
• Speak slow
• Be prepared to demo your product
59. • Fonts minimum sizes: 32 for titles, 28 for text and 12 for stuff that needs to be there
• At least 20 seconds for each slide
• Normal pitch deck should be done in 5min or less, that’s a max of 15 slides
• Don’t include text that takes over 10 seconds to read, average 5
• Tables are excluded from previous rule and can be smaller than 28, but not 12!
• Don’t waste time saying what’s written
• Don’t create long lists, 5 can work, 3 is better...
