Covered 2 open territories in San Jose California while still covering my territory in Savannah, Ga for
several weeks. All day to day aspects of managing a team of 30-80 employees in a 5 state area.

Traveled extensively to cover open territories and work resets when other teams were behind.

through. Company restructured and my position was eliminated.

 I work with new hires and current reps. I train and coach them to utilize their skills and help them achieve
their goals and work within the company guidelines to further their careers. Currently 3 of the reps I trained
are now mentors. I also work projects for clients. Achieve the sales and execution goals of the clients. I do
scheduling, exceptions, pull reports, audits, coordinate reset schedules and work closely with my supervisor
in all aspects of the day to day needs of the team. I travel as needed and field phone calls from reps to
determine what needs to be escalated to the supervisor.

 As cashier I gave fast friendly service to our customers. When transferred to the LV Grocery dept. I was in
charge of several aisles in the store, ordering, receiving, stocking, maintaining stock levels for sales
promotions, setting displays, ordering product, inventory, working with customers on special orders. New
mgmt. did away with the LV position and I moved on to Crossmark.
