Jonathan is the founding director of Small Giants Advisory. He is a nationally registered psychologist, ANZI Master Coach, Fellow of the International Association of Facilitators and Certified SCRUM Master. Jonathan is recognized as a leading expert in the design and delivery of solutions that address human complexity in the workplace on the topics of safety, high-value teaming and human-centered design. Over the last 20 years, he has designed and delivered programs for a wide range of clients globally including Rio Tinto, BHP, Boeing, Boeing Aerospace, Ergon, Energex, QUU, ANZ Private Bank and Suncorp.
