• Assets are items that you can attach to work orders.
• Typically properties, equipment, locations, or buildings.

When do you use assets?
• Uses:
- Automate and trigger events
- Be monitored with the Service Agreements
For example, a property and its information contains details and schedules
that used to automate work order schedules, such as weekly lawn mow
schedules or annual service and maintenance schedules.

How do you use them?
• Assets are fairly simple to use and are similar to customers when it comes to
creating them. Follow the steps on the next few slides to become a master!

Creating Assets
• On the asset list click “Add New” and select the form you wish to use.
• Fill in the customer information and click “Save.”

• Input the customer information on the other tabs if needed.

• Once you have entered all of the customer information click the “Save”
button.
• You can attach as many assets as you would like to one customer. These
assets are beneficial to getting the most out of NetDispatcher and they will
make the job that much easier.
