• Make sure each person has clear visibility into the company’s
performance, and into their individual progress and goals.
• Provide transparency even when it’s expensive to do so; it’s almost
always worth it.
• Be transparent with others. Be transparent with yourself.

Appreciation Cards
Did your co-worker go out of his/her way to do something fantastic? If so, we want
to recognize it. We give each other appreciation cards to great places like Starbucks
and Amazon.com. We think generosity needs to be deliberate.
Flexible Work Environment
We are committed to working hard to produce great results for our clients. We
believe there is an “X-Factor” to working as a team, in-person, in the same office.
We also know results can be achieved anywhere, at any time. So, we are flexible in
our approach to work and support our employees to achieve balanced work
options.
Accountability Sync
All Blue Margin employees participate in a weekly Accountability Sync.
We nixed the idea of an annual performance evaluations – mostly because we
don’t think they’re helpful.
Accountability Syncs allow us to touch base, provide transparent feedback (both
directions), express joys or frustrations, and get it all out in the open.
They keep us moving forward, limits frustrations, and nearly eliminates office
politics.
Blue Margin Community Works
We are committee to giving back to our community, so much so that we pay our
employees to volunteer.
Every month, we set up opportunities to engage with the community. This
initiative allows for 2 hours of Paid Volunteer Leave (PVL) for every employee,
every month.
It also rewards employees who complete 12 hours of community service in a 6-
month period and 24 hours within a calendar year, by donating $100 for each
milestone reached to the charity of the employee’s choice.

including vision and dental. We contribute $250 a month to your plan.
Coverage also includes a gym membership reimbursement.

  • 18. Accountability Sync All Blue Margin employees participate in a weekly Accountability Sync. We nixed the idea of an annual performance evaluations – mostly because we don’t think they’re helpful. Accountability Syncs allow us to touch base, provide transparent feedback (both directions), express joys or frustrations, and get it all out in the open. They keep us moving forward, limits frustrations, and nearly eliminates office politics.
  • 19. Blue Margin Community Works We are committee to giving back to our community, so much so that we pay our employees to volunteer. Every month, we set up opportunities to engage with the community. This initiative allows for 2 hours of Paid Volunteer Leave (PVL) for every employee, every month. It also rewards employees who complete 12 hours of community service in a 6- month period and 24 hours within a calendar year, by donating $100 for each milestone reached to the charity of the employee’s choice.

Coverage also includes a gym membership reimbursement. Vacation Vacation is an important part of your well-being.
