STEP 1. Work out which specific roles you perform in each of these areas.
STEP 2. Work out what % of time you spend in each.
STEP 3. Put a system in place.
STEP 4. Employ someone or outsource.
STEP 5. Put reporting systems & KPI’s in place so you can manage and monitor each task.
