A member of NAIPO (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and the New England Healthcare Engineers' Society, John Waitkunas draws upon more than 30 years of relevant experience in his role as project executive with Newton, Massachusetts-based STV/DPM. In this capacity, John Waitkunas leads the firm's corporate, healthcare, and biotech business segments and is responsible for providing senior leadership during the construction of projects as well as developing project strategies, coordinating lease agreements, and providing initial project analysis. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles on projects totaling more than $800 million.
