Responsibilities: In Early 2008, The Cisco / Comcast team created a new position for the Certification Lab Project
Management. I have been the POC for all Cisco Lab related activity since joining the team. This
has included all IP, CMTS and Video platforms and the Project/ Program Management of the key
Comcast and Cisco funded QA / Certification labs.
Training: I completed the ESI instructorlead PMBOK 4 Training bootcamp (36 PDUs) in 2012.
I have attended structured training for the various parts of the evolving Cisco Video Solution.
I have a working knowledge of the CMTS / DOCSIS / QAM solution.
I have a working knowledge of the Next Generation Routing & Optical platforms that are
deployed in the Comcast IP Backbone, CRAN and Commercial Edge.

Position / Account Network Consulting Engineer IV / ATT MOW IP Core (January 2008 – April 2011)
Responsibilities: In January 2008, Cisco created a Project Management Organization (PMO) to support the
ongoing AT&T lab certifications. I elected at that time to transition from the Pre-Sales Systems
Engineering Team to the new PMO NCE team. I have since supported all aspects ofthe 3.6.3,
3.8.4 and 3.9.3 certifications of the IOX Operating System for the GSR IP Core router . All
Projects were all delivered on-schedule.
Training: I completed the Global Knowledge PMP Bootcamp on July 11, 2010.
This is the training required to achieve the Project Management Institute PMP Certification.
Comment: My performance review rating for FY 2010 was E+
This is an extremely difficult rating to achieve at Cisco Systems.
Position / Account: Systems Engineer III / AT&T IP Core (November 12, 2007 – 1/ 2008)
Responsibilities: I have supported all aspects ofthe IOX 3.5.4 Certification of the Cisco 12000 router for
deployment into the AT&T Most of World (MOW) IP Core. This certification was completed in
September 2008 and it was the first time that the IOX operating systemwas certified on the Cisco
12000 for deployment in the AT&T network…
Training: I have completed the CRS Advanced Troubleshooting class (January 21-26, 2008)
I have completed the Sales Masters Boot camp (October 22-26, 2008)
All other training has been unstructured.

Responsibilities: I was the Principal Engineer for Ciena onsite in the AT&T labs…During those 15 months, I
supported the certification of the Core Director Release 5.2 Network Element and the ONCenter
Release 7.3 EMS and NBI certifications…I was the initial support for all lab issues and the On-
Site support for the CNI network software upgrades of the AT&T Domestic network…I
personally created a Ciena Webpage specifically for the AT&T Test team which helped to
organize all documentation that was related to the project. In September & October 2007, I
supported the multi-vendor/multi carrier Optical UNI demo that was publicly (and successfully)
presented in Germany by the Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF) at the Worldwide
Interoperability Demo in 2007.

Responsibilities: As an Optical Systems Engineer, I have supported the following AT&T networks:
The AT&T Local Network Services Initial Certification and Deployment of the 15454 ANSI in
Metropolitan OC48 BLSR rings. This included the Kansas City NVT / ORT.
I conducted Training classes for the AT&T Systems Engineers so that a large quantity of the
15454s could be deployed as quickly as possible. I assisted the initial installations of the Cisco
15454 in the AT&T LNS central offices. This included the certification of CTC / COLR as the
Network Management Provisioning systemand TL1 / Sentinel as the Fault Management method.
AT&T Core Certification and Deployment.
I assisted the lab certification of the 15454 in the AT&T core.
This included the certification of CTM as the Network Management System.
I assisted the AT&T Solutions lab Certification and Initial Deployment of the 15540 & 15501 as
an Ultra Available Metro DWDM service offer.
AT&T International Lab Certification of the 15454 SDH and CTM as an extension of the
Domestic 15454 Core network.
AT&T Accuring Certification and Deployment. I assisted in the Certification and Deployment of
the first 15454 GigEthernet circuit for AT&T Accuring. The first deployed customer was Paine
Webber. TL1 and the Sentinel systemwere used for Fault Management. CTC was used for the
Provisioning of the Optical rings and the data circuits.
I supported the AT&T ATM Certification lab in the solutions testing of the Line Rate GigEthernet
card and the OC192 Cross connect matrix.
I supported the Certification of the Cisco 15454 as a replacement for the existing OC3 Microwave
multiplexer optical hardware.

Responsibilities: I presented Pre-sales and Post-sales presentations that resulted in the Acceptance/Certification of
the Cisco 3810 as the Certified CPE for the INCs Service offer. The MGX8850 was eventually
Certified as the AT&T Central Office solution. I supported all of the INCs lab testing in the
AT&T Middletown lab for INCs Phase I & Phase II. This included the Certification of the Cisco
