Other Responsibilities
Provided installation documentation for Hughes Network Systems GMH2000 Cell Sites. Received theory of operation
training from Hughes Network Systems Engineers. Responsibilities included designing cable running list and bill of
materials, customer relations, technical writing using MS Word and MS Excel, coordinating manpower and
documentation control.
Managed the pick-up, storage, repair, modification and shipment of 1ESS, 5ESS and DMS bays for reuse.
Responsibilities included reading drawings, scheduling work flow, managing finances and inventory, and arranging
rigging and transportation.
Supervised the 5ESS circuit board repair department. Due to the growth, headcount increased over 300% and sales
increased over 200% in one year. Co-managed the startup of the Advance Board Replacement program with Bell
Atlantic. Responsibilities included managing 32 employees, coordinating work flow, tracking turnaround, supporting
branch shops, training, procuring repair parts, preparing production and financial reports, interfacing with quality
assurance, engineering, and on-call for emergency customer service.
