About Six-Steps
Background
 To grow successfully, companies need to
invest at least 10% of annual sales in
‘investable projects’ – steps that build
capacity, offerings to customers, and
market presence. And return more than
they cost;
 The Six-Steps process is a logical one
starting with Shareholders Expectations
and ending when Next Steps investable
projects are presented to an Expert Panel
for critique and offers of assistance;
 Six-Steps is based on experience with
hundreds of growth SMEs, with a special
focus on regional companies;

Delivery
 Over three months – one module a
fortnight;
 Each stage is proceeded by a group online
session, requires the use of online tools,
and is supported by 1:1 mentoring online.
Participants are expected to complete
each stage before going to the next;
 Mentors are experts in running SMEs and

 Business can join individually, but work
better in groups;
 Participants should expect to commit two
