DW Healthcare Acquires General Home Pharmacy
General Home Pharmacy is a leading compounding pharmacy that operates under the brand Sinus
Dynamics. The company offers a selection of drug delivery devices designed to deliver compounded
medications topically within the nasal and sinus regions. The pharmacy produces custom compounded liquid
and liquid gel antibiotic, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory medications in their state of the art, quality
controlled laboratories.
Carriage Hill assisted the founder and CEO in capturing the value that he had created and helped position
the company for accelerated growth through a merger with a private equity owned business in the same
industry.
Formed in 2002, DW Healthcare Partners is a healthcare focused private equity firm. DW invests in leading

A&R Logistics and is the nation’s largest provider of bulk transport and related services to the plastic

industries. The company operates from 22 facilities throughout the United States and manages a
specialized fleet of over 1000 tractors and 1,500 trailers.
Carriage Hill assisted the majority shareholder in a recapitalization that provided substantial liquidity for

While other trucking firms suffered through the financial downturn, A&R took substantial market position

North Star Seafood is a rapidly growing, value added specialty food distribution company that is a leading provider of

Carriage Hill assisted the founder in transitioning the company to one of his three sons, while providing liquidity for his

of the transaction’s closing date.

Charles Compo, Managing Director
Mr. Compo has thirty years of diverse business experience and has acted as both a principal and advisor on numerous transactions
involving debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and restructurings in the middle market. Prior to the formation of Carriage Hill he was a
founding partner of Iridium Partners, a merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on private, middle market companies and an operating
partner and board member in several middle market, private companies.
Stephen Klein, Managing Director
Mr. Klein has more than twenty years of diverse business and legal transactional experience. Prior to Carriage Hill, Mr. Klein was Managing
Director and Group Head of the Business Credit Group at CapitalSource Finance a Senior Vice President with GE Capital and its
predecessor company, Heller Financial, and a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Klein
holds an MBA from Penn State and a JD from American University.
Martin Hausman, Director
Mr. Hausman has over forty years of diverse business experience. He has held Chairman, CEO and President level positions with

Corporation, a leading New York critical care area medical supplier and distributor, and Hedco Equipment, a leading heavy equipment

and divestitures as well as JVs and strategic alliances. Ms. McCarthy is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School.
Donald Hempson, Senior Advisor
Mr. Hempson has over thirty years of international executive and general management experience including C level positions with several
private equity owned businesses. He was a highly decorated Captain in and Navy and was the CFO of the United States Submarine Force
managing an $11 billion budget. He graduated from Georgia Tech and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of

C. Evan Smith, Director
