2. The First thing we do is contact the client to get
necessary documentation and payment for our services.
Then we send it to our resources that take
over your ownership.
3. Once we receive the new owners Information, we
can start the process of transfer, which is..
Step #1 Build a Quick Claim Deed or Get
transfer sheet from resort.
Step #2 Email you, the Quick Claim Deed to be
Notarized and with two witnesses and mailed
back to us for recording.
4. Once We receive the Notarized Quit Claim
Deed, We send it to the Recording or Clerk’s
office in the county the Resort is in..
Then Back to us, in
which we pack it up
and get ready for
mail out..
5. Once We receive your
paperwork back, we put your
packet together.

Membership Sheet
Envelope Prepared for Mail out..
AND YOU ARE
READY TO GET
THINGS DONE!
6. The Last Step in the Process..
Put all documentation in addressed envelope with check for
transfer fees to resort..
Seal the Envelope and fill out the Certified Signature slips we have provided..
Then go to the post office and
mail it out..
7. WOOO HOOOO!! IT IS DONE…..
Wait about 3 weeks and then call the resort. If it has
not been transferred yet, call us and we will contact the
Resort to push them to complete the process..
