Hi, I need help with Wordpress Header not clickable Twitter count not working

This white top-border is not in the HTML template and only shows in some browsers. How can I remove it? The header should be a clickable permalink going to the actual post. Most of the text is not clickable for some reason. How can I fix that?

The twitter count shows ”2” on every post when on the domain joakimnilsson.com. It only shows the correct count when one click on the permalink and the actual post shows. How can I fix that? (Had some problem with G+ button)
