2. Duties & Responsibilities:
 Implementing and complying Project HSE Plan and Procedures.
 Preparing daily, monthly and annual HSE documents.
 Permit-to-Work System Compliance.
 Implementing internal training safety programs and promoting safety behavior practices for
personnel on the vessel during project activities as per STCW/95, IRS, IMO and SOLAS.
 Conduct and coordinate HSE Committee meeting on daily and monthly basis.
 Conduct daily random site inspections, to identify unsafe acts, conditions and hazards, make
reports based on observations, report to HSE Manager.
 Conducting Mock Drills and creating Safety awareness in staff and workers.
 Conduct HSE training for the Swiber team to create safety awareness.
 Focal point between Swiber Team and Other Subcontractors onsite (SIMOPS).
 Conduct SSHE observation and complete the unsafe act/condition report form as required.
