In my (semi) retirement I am focusing on applying data science to customer intelligence. The ultimate goal is to understand our customers so that we can serve them better. Doing so, they will, hopefully, reward us. My interdisciplinary upbringing let's me relate to everyone from the CEO to the most hard core techies.
