Job Description
• Coach and develop team for specific safety training.
• Recruit and onboard new team members in line with department needs. Manage and conduct all
inductions for new staff.

Procedures.
• Management of RTW team members (RTW plans, pending claims). Facilitate the RTW process

Achievements
• Reduced Workers Compensation claims from eleven to three. Used my knowledge of Manual
Handling Techniques to drive awareness around the Team to reduce further injuries.
• Established a successful Safety Committee. Ensuring safety around the store was increased to
improve safety within the team members and throughout the store to minimise any incidents/accidents.
• Established a Loss Prevention Committee. To monitor and ensure the future culture of the team was
focused on Loss Prevention.
