As a social media analyst for State Farm, I am apart of a team that analyzes customer feedback. Our team is all about helping to improve the customer's experience. We capture customer feedback and data on a day-to-day basis across multiple channels. I analyze and report out on feedback I mine from social media channels. From this feedback I determine relevant insights and report out my findings in monthly reports, along with ad hoc reports.
