pharmaceuticals and leisure industries. Gaurav likes to work with different

CART. He is an MBA from IIM Bangalore

Sarita Digumarti
Sarita has over 11 years of extensive analytics and consulting experience across
FMCG, retail and healthcare. She has worked in both India and the US, tackling
complex business problems applying analytical techniques. She has a M.A in
Quantitative Economics, from Tufts University, Boston, and An MBA from T.A. Pai
Management Institute, Manipal.

Subhashini Tripathi
Baan has over 14 years of experience in analytics solutioning and deliver across multiple
sectors including service and manufacturing. He has significant experience with open
source platforms including R, and has trained multiple corporates in R and analytics
techniques using R. Baan has an M.Tech in Quality and OR from ISI Calcutta, and an M.Sc in
Statistics from Pune University.
Kiran is a graduate of IIT-Madras with over five years of professional experience. Prior to
Jigsaw, he worked at LatentView Analytics, a Chennai based analytics company. He has
significant expertise in application of statistical concepts and predictive modelling
algorithms to various business problems, along with hands on exposure to handling big
data. He also has strong proficiency in working with tools such as SAS, R, SQL, Python, Excel

Subhashini has over 10 years of experience in Retail / Consumer finance analytics across
Risk Management , Collections strategy and Marketing . She likes to explore the usage of
analytics for effective senior management decision making and integration of numbers to
drive strategy.
