My target audience for my music video are 16-25 year old males. 29% of the people I asked listened
to House/Drum &Bass, from the feedback received most of the people that chose House/Drum &
Bass were males. This shows that the majority of the population that listen to drum &bass/house
music are males. Also most music productions aim their target audience at this age and gender.
However, for my music video I am using three girls. This will attract the female audience as they
want to see how they are represented. I do not use the girls to attract males by using male gaze. I
am just representing the class and social groups of teenagers in the 21st century.
