3.  Sole Proprietorship
 The owner needs to be a Singapore resident and if foreigner
then he can appoint a local Manger.
 General Partnership Company
 Owned by a minimum of two and a maximum of 20 partners at
least one has to be a local person. It is not legally separate from
the owners and hence the owners are liable to make good any
loss that the company suffers.
 Limited Liability Partnership Company
 Should have minimum of two partners, one has to be a local
resident. There is no limit for maximum number of partners.
 Private Company
 It has separate legal status from its owners and has a perpetual
existence. It can sue or be sued in its own name.

 A Singaporean or a foreigner can register a
new company.
 The paid up capital is minimum 1S$.

passes:
 Singapore Employment Pass
 Singapore Entrepreneur Pass
 Foreign National without relocation to
Singapore.
