This document describes a proposed computer-based vehicle monitoring and accident alert system using sensors and Bluetooth modules. Road accidents are a major cause of death, often due to human error. The system aims to help address this problem by monitoring vehicle activity and movements using an Arduino microcontroller, accelerometer, tilt sensor, vibration sensor and Bluetooth module. When an accident is detected, the system will send an alert with the location to registered mobile numbers. The document outlines the hardware, software, methodology and significance of the proposed system for organizations like the police and community. It provides conceptual diagrams and details the steps to make the device and program it to help reduce road accidents.

2. ● Road traffic accidents have been the main cause of death for
children and people between the ages of 5 and 29. The most
frequent causes of traffic accidents include human errors like
speeding, driving while drunk or high on drugs like alcohol, not
using safety devices like seatbelts and child restraints, and
driving while preoccupied.
● In 2021, road accidents involving cars in Metro Manila in the
Philippines accounted for 48 percent of the total road accidents
involving vehicles. Motorcycle collisions came next, making up
about 24 percent of all vehicle accidents in the area (Statista,
2022).
PROBLEM
3. ● For the reason stated, the researcher use the concept of accident
alert system that would undoubtedly function as an aid to
invention, a solution to a problem, and a link to the previously
described case. With that idea the researcher create the
Computer Based Monitoring Vehicle and Accident Alert System
using sensor and Bluetooth Module as Communication Device
that provide location of the accident site to registered mobile
numbers and to observe and track vehicle activity as well as
previous vehicle movements which is important nowadays.
