1. Program Management Support

ADSE has experienced Program Managers that
use a systematic approach to set-up the
project organisation, break-down the work-
package in manageable tasks and allocated
resources to each of these tasks. Rules of
engagement as well as customer specific
requirements are documented in a project
plan and monitored during project reviews
and quality gates. Our Program Managers are
familiar with both GRAMS and GRESS
requirements.
2. Specification and Selection Support

ADSE has a broad experience in showing
compliance against OEM purchaser technical
specifications (PTS) in both the bidding and
project phase. Our Requirements Managers
identify (hidden) requirements in OEM
contractual documents and industry
standards, allocate these to the various
technical disciplines within the project
organisation and perform version and
compliance control using state-of-the-art
Requirements Management Tools, such as
DOORS. We are specialists in specifying and
cascading requirements down to your
suppliers, including selection and qualification
of suppliers against these specifications.
3. Design & Engineering Support

As EASA Part 21J DOA ADSE has a supported
OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, MROs and Completion
Centres with Modifications on small and large
aeroplanes and (VVIP) business jets.

lavatories, partitions, overhead bins and other
cabin interiors as well as upgrades in avionics,
IFE and electrical systems.
ADSE has a strong track record in on-site
interim engineering management, where we
structure, stabilise and teach our client’s
engineering departments to operate on their
own. Whether you choose to partially delegate
or completely outsource your engineering to
our design organisation, ADSE acts as a single
point of contact. We ensure on-time and in-
quality delivery of your primary design
deliverables (GA’s, Space Allocation Models,
installation drawings…) and supporting design
deliverables (Safety & Reliability Plan, FMEA,
Fault Tree Analysis, Intrinsic Hazard Analysis,
Maintenance and Maintainability Evaluation,
Robustness/Endurance Plans …).
4. Compliance & Certification Support

Our Office of Airworthiness provides a variety
of services to support the certification or
qualification of your product. These services
can be provided under our own DOA or by
CVEs acting as part of your own organisation.
Our CVEs are highly skilled in creating
proposed Means of Compliance,
Certification/Qualification Plans and QTPs and
witness the related certification tests. They are
experienced in supervising the decomposition
of the A/C certification requirements to
system requirements, approving engineering
documents / drawings and participate in
internal and EASA reviews to assure correct
assigned certification tasks.
5. Industrialisation Support
