If you’re looking for a mixture of traditional and non-
traditional medicine when it comes to aging healthy,
check out Dr. Andrew Weil’s book Healthy Aging. Dr. Weil
provides plenty of advice both from a traditional medical
standpoint and a non-traditional one that can help use
age and age properly. The book hones in on various
subjects such as nutrition, properly exercising, dieting
properly and much more in order to provide you with a
good selection of overall healthy aging advice.
