Notas do Editor

  1. Sort of an artificial division, as most of the apps use both. Talk about linking acocunts (ex. Twitter/Facebook)
  2. Social media marketing is about building relationships, not just selling. What content can you offer to keep people engaged so that they see your pitches?
  3. Used in many social media platforms to create a conversation. Also, sharing the love – recognize the people you are working with and help them expand their reach
  4. Addressing customer service issues, thanking people for sharing your event, handling questions, etc.
  5. Create a conversation around an event or happening, encourage attendees to tag and share their own content.
  6. Follow people/brands similar to your interests/brand to stay informed, share things that followers would be interested in.
  7. Share positive stories about your brand/event, encourage engagement, share the love when other brands mention you, vice versa
  8. Create a tag and start a conversation before the event starts, show photos of the preparations, create a hashtag ahead of time and encourage vendors and attendees to share their photos, stories, content
  9. Ignoring negative comments/press isn’t a great strategy. Nationwide retweeted when people had said something positive about the ad and their goals for it – way to control the conversation
  10. This TMA photo was bound to find new people, be re-shared. O- H- I –O!
  11. Hashtags for promotion, discussion. Is there a way to create a compelling story around your brand that would encourage sharing?
  12. Sharing positive news about your organization/event is always great, and pictures are more engaging than just text. Build relationships with your community.
  13. Find people who are fans and give them some small incentive to spread the word – share ENELL story.
  14. Recipes, stories, “things to do” lists – things that are likely to be repined and shared.
