Provide technical expertise in the field of process safety management and risk engineering during the
basic and detailed engineering phases of the project. Provide leadership roles with clear visibility to plan
develop various HSE relating activities commissioning and start up phase of the project.
Ensures effective planning, management and coordination of all HSE activities are considered at various
