Innovated a process for CPB dyeing of Knits. Possibly the only team that can set up CPB for knits in the Indian subcontinent. Innovated an engineered cotton knits fabric for high absorption and evaporation rates , thus reducing the cling factor. Innovated a new exhaust dyeing process called Swift Synergy (r) , which is being implemented in a very large mill in India in all their exhaust dyeing areas. The process dyes knits , yarn , woven in Soft flow machines in 4.30 to 6 hrs , even for deepest depths, with reduced quantity of dyes. Lower cost and higher production.
