Britain and France declared war on Germany on 3 September 1939.
Italy joined Germany’s side.
Japan entered war by bombing USA military at Pearl Harbor in December 1941
and brought USA in war.
Germany invaded Soviet Union but was forced to surrender.
USA wiped out Japanese cities of Nagasaki and Hiroshima using the new atomic
bomb in 1945 and Japan surrendered.
Allied forces driving into Germany made Germany to surrender in May 1945.

war without consulting Congress.
Indians refused to align with Britain’s fight against
the Axis powers until India was granted
Independence.
Still troops from India took part in the war and
Japanese takeover of Burma and some parts of India

At elections, people should chose whoever
they want to as their leader.
The press should be free to criticize the
government.

religious beliefs of the people.
Communism
Rich people must be forced to share their
wealth with all.
Factories or other property should be
owned by state on the behalf of the people.
Communist government believes in getting
involved in every aspect of people’s lives.
At elections, people can be allowed to vote
for the Communist party only.
The press cannot criticize the government.
The Communists disregard religion as
having any role in government and
discourage it.
