GASTRO-SHOW merges gastronomy and entertainment throughout a new immersive smart dining room
concept where customers and technology interact with an open smart connected ecosystem into a fully
digitalized experience. We enter full of the concept of intelligent eaters and immersive experiences,
mixed reality VR / AR, IOT sensors (smells, movement), video mapping, artificial intelligence.

THREE TYPES OF EXPLOITATION
1-Tour club museum clients as an additional VIP activity to customers of the tour of the museum
with a capacity of 25 customers in each pass. (6 daily passes of 35 minutes)
2-VIP Dining Room -The day of the MATCH the room becomes an exclusive dining room for 10-
12 diners (sponsored experience) (1 weekly pass 90 minutes)
3-Creation of contents for distribution of Club channels : the room becomes a TV set for
recording interviews with sports players or for debates with sports journalists. These contents will
be broadcasted through the channels of the club

PROFESSIONAL USER: With the data obtained from the interaction of customers and staff of

B-Lab is currently in negotiations with the company EVision AUTOMOTIVE, which
specialises in electric mobility. The innovation proposed by B-Lab FOOD IN MOTION
is perhaps the most complete as it operates from different points of view.
VEHICLE: Nothing to do with a Food Truck or a custom caravan. It would be a small
bus with its own innovations (electric, lighter in weight than the competition, total
adaptability in terms of charging system, better range of autonomy, driving
assistance systems, maintenance software, and even autonomous driving
technology).
ROBOTICS: Possibility of installing a Robot Waiter or Cook (or both).
BUSINESS AND DIGITALIZATION MODELS: The idea is to use Digitization and IoT to
enable other functionalities and/or additional business models for B-Lab customers,
for example:
Marketing (Proximity Marketing, Branded Content, Inbound Marketing).
Customer acquisition (off-line through the vehicle in order to subsequently build
customer loyalty and even generate online sales).
Sensory (for example, with a view to monitoring air quality in order to sell this
