With an EasyonHOTEL™ powered tablet your

service, call the reception desk via VoiP, report any

A bidirectional automated translation system
is used within the EasyonHOTEL™ product for all
dialogue between your staff and your guests, so
each side can communicate in their native
language That system works on the fly, so as soon
as any message sent in one language reaches its
recipient, it is automatically converted into the
recipient‘s nativelanguage.
With EasyonHOTEL™ back-office interface,
you can send your guests perfectly timed reminders for any service you’d like to promote, inform them
about any changes and improvements in your hotel, sending them special offers and newsletters as
well. The hotel partners’ promotions can also be published in the system with different options: from
a simple informational announcement in the corresponding section to a full-scale web store.
Aside from direct communication and a feedback channel between you and your client,
EasyonHOTEL™ provides your guests with permanent Internet access via 3G/4G LTE SIM-cards, and
allows implementing a Wi-Fi Hotspot function on any device, thus enabling your guest to connect up
to 5 his devices to the Internet from each tablet! With the insurance protecting tablets from theft,
damage or other threats, the EasyonHOTEL™ tablet can not only be used from within the guest’s hotel
room, but from any place within your destination. This means, your guests won’t need to spend money

An integrated VoiP-phone will enable your guests to communicate with their family and friends at

provides essential information about which museums, theaters or concerts are preferred by

changes: all changes and updates are made automatically on the tablet, as soon as your manager
updates the system on the server. Sum up all the bills for printed materials you had to pay for each

EasyonHOTEL™ helps to reduce workload of your hotel’s receptionists as well. With the
bidirectional translation system your employees will have a much better understanding of the guest’s

technical support service directly to the technicians on duty; and the requests sent to restaurants,
bars and other departments will go directly to the proper recipient. The reports and statistics system

through EasyonHOTEL™ tablet online! Each user’s transaction brings commission to your hotel, while
still listing your in-house services as the first priority in all directories.
EasyonHOTEL™: Cooperation with Authorities

complete check-in functions, multilingual guides for hotel and its facilities, maps of hotel, videos and
promotional commercials - this is an incomplete list of services to deliver to your guests through
EasyonHOTEL™ totems.
EasyonHOTEL™ digital waiter: tablets can be used as an interactive carte at hotel’s restaurants,
for clients to order their meals. All the orders can be delivered to chief ’s display placed at restaurant’s
kitchen, and the menu itself is easy to update instantly, shall some special ingredient run out of stock
unexpectedly.
EasyonHOTEL™ mobile hotspot: place one EasyonHOTEL™ powered tablet into each of your cars
replacing old GPS navigator with it; your chauffeurs will love screen size and resolution, your guests
will loveWi-Fi available at any trip.
EasyonHOTEL™ special add-ons: we can easily transform some of your EasyonHOTEL™ tablets
into any EasyonPAD® based solution. It means that you can have special interactive communication
tools for any event or facility within your hotel. Golf fields, SPAs, congress halls; any of these can
benefit from implementing a corresponding set of functions. Interactive maps, menus, agendas, online
booking services, users’ chats, and many more features can be used to create really positive
experience for your clients.
The price to equip one room with the EasyonHOTEL™ tablet is neglegibly low and depends on the
way you choose to implement the solution. It is up to you to decide whether EasyonHOTEL™ shall be
a new free extra for your guests, or shall you rent it to them for a fee. Choosing the first option you’ll
benefit from promotions and cross-sales commissions, arising your guests’ loyalty. Choosing the
second one you’ll be able to set a reasonable fee to cover any expenses for implementation and
support of EasyonHOTEL™.
Meanwhile, we can offer you to choose the implementation basis from the following options:
1. Turnkey basis:
We provide your hotel (directly or through our regional
distributor) with complete ready-to-operate solution for
each room (or for some specific rooms), including:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 4* Android-based tablet with a
customized case, earphones, home/car charger and pre-
installed EasyonHOTEL™ product;
- A SIM-card connected to a local mobile data provider;
- Insurance coverage including theft, loss or damage of
the device;
- Client’s license for each EasyonHOTEL™ tablet;
- EasyonHOTEL™ basic content creation and training
courses for your staff to manage content modification,
notifications and reminders for guests, statistics and
promotion campaigns;
- Full setup, launch and informational support during
the first month of operation, including additional staff
training;
- Technical and marketing support during the entire
contract period, including any possible software related
issues resolution, malfunctioning tablets replacement, promotional materials provision for the
reception desk.
We offer a 24-month contract as a standard for this basis, with a monthly payment of 2 Euros**
per tablet per day (all mobile internet traffic, any tablet manufacturer’s license and insurance fees
included).
Additional options subject to discussion prior to signing a contract are as follows:
- Provision (or search) of partners to place promotions or interactive materials on EasyonHOTEL™
tablets on a commercial basis;
- Cooperation with local agencies for implementation and regular automatic update of general
tourist information about the destination;
- Integration of EasyonHOTEL™ with your PMS;
- Additional training of new employees, if necessary, during the contract period;
- Implementation of separate complementary technical solutions, such as the hotel’s online shop,

distribution system of user requests by the hotel departments, custom feedback and statistics forms
and settings;
- Insurance waiver in order to cut costs;
- SIM-card and mobile connection waiver in order to use tablets exclusively as an “electronic
concierge” in the hotel rooms or its territory within the area of comprehensiveWi-Fi coverage;
Upon expiry of a two-year contract, ownership of the tablets with accessories will be transferred
to your hotel, and you will decide whether to extend the contract for a certain period with
considerable price reduction,or to renew the contract and obtain new tablets for the next 2 years.
We recommend this option for chain hotels, as well as for hotels with sufficient number of
marketing and customer service personnel.
2. License only:
Subject to this basis, we provide your hotel (directly or
through our regional distributor) with client’s license for
EasyonHOTEL™ product, and train two of your employees
to work with the integrator interface in order to prepare all
necessary content. Those authorized employees will be
given an Official Integrator Certificate.
This basis includes the division of responsibilities and
costsas follows:
- All Android-based tablets shall be purchased by
hotel, choice of the model subject to Compatible
Hardware list. The tablets may be purchased at the hotel
convenience, either from any supplier known to the hotel,
or via our hardware providers.
The seller shall be responsible for warranty service,
while the hotel shall be responsible for resolving any other
hardware problems not covered by warranty.
- The hotel may purchase SIM-cards and sign a data contract either directly with a mobile service
provider,or with us or our official distributor,at the hotel’s own discretion.
In case of purchasing a SIM-card and signing a data contract directly with a mobile service
provider, the hotel assumes all responsibility related to resolving any possible mobile connection or
data traffic problems.
- The hotel may get insurance at its sole discretion, or waive it; insurance coverage can also be
provided directly by us or by our official regional distributor at an extra charge.
In case of independent purchase of insurance, the hotel can specify rules and limitations for use
of EasyonHOTEL™ tablets according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, and shall be
liable toward the insurance company for observance of such rules and conditions;
- EasyonHOTEL™ basic content creation and training courses for hotel’s staff to manage content
modification, notifications and reminders for guests, statistics and promotion campaigns, will be
carried out by your Certified Integrators;
- Your Certified Integrators will also be able to supply startup and informational support during
the entire contract period, including additional training and explaining operation details to your staff;
- Marketing support, such as providing promotional materials for the reception desk, as well as
printed materials and branded layouts, shall be our responsibility or the responsibility of our official
distributor;
Under this operating scheme, licenses for the use of EasyonHOTEL™ products may be provided on
the basis of a license agreement for any term, starting from one month.
The price of licenses varies depending on the number of prepaid licenses and their period, and
goes from 0.4 Euro to 0.5 Euro per 1 device a day.
NB: a number of tablet manufacturers require an additional license payment. The corresponding
license fee shall be paid by hotel itself prior to first use of the tablet, and amounts to 3 Euros** per
device (one-time fee) .
Additional options for this basis provided under a separate contract are:
- We shall provide (or search for) partners for promotion or interactive materials to place on the
EasyonHOTEL™ tablets on a commercial basis; your Certified Integrators or other employees may
independently search for partners and specify special prices subject to the approved price lists.
- We shall cooperate with regional agencies for implementation and regular automatic updates of
general tourist information about the destination; your Certified Integrators or other employees can
independently decide whether to include existing EasyonPAD® general informational modules into
your hotel’s tablets or not;
- Integration of EasyonHOTEL™ with the PMS of your hotel (including, if necessary, selection of
the most appropriate PMS and management of its implementation). This option is available through
an official distributor or through us only.
- Additional training of new Certified Integrators, besides those initially trained: such training is
available for a certain fee according to the applicable rates for the “Certified Integrator” training
program.
- Implementation of separate complementary technical and program solutions, such as the hotel’s
online shop, distribution of user requests by the hotel departments, custom feedback and statistics
forms and form settings;This option is available through us or through an official distributor only;
Under this operating format, the tablets and accessories are the hotel’s property, and you can pay
for the product licenses on monthly basis. The license period starts for each tablet from the moment
you first deliver it to your guest.
We recommend this solution for small chain hotels, as well as for private hotels with sufficient
number of personnel in the marketing and guest service departments.
3. Custom:
Under this format, we are ready to consider any
possibilities of cooperation with hotels of any type and
size to provide a license for EasyonHOTEL™ plus any
combinations ofoptions.
Depending on various factors, we are ready to offer
you a huge number of options in order to make
implementation and use of our product in your hotel as
easy as possible. For instance:
- Tablets purchased using bank loans or with delayed
payment if your budget does not have the allowance to
pay the sum immediately; in a number of countries we
may help you to obtain a credit line or provide you with
presentational material you can use to file a loan request
to a bank;
- Development, implementation and support of
EasyonHOTEL™ by our Certified Integrators, in case your
staff is fully utilized for current tasks and doesn’t have the ability to implement the system and keep
it updated; this work can easily be performed by any Certified Integrator from his office or home;
- Development of different schemes to deal with insurance, deposit payments, mobile service
operators, payment systems and elaboration of other technological and economical solutions to be
used inEasyonHOTEL™;
- Additional remote training of your employees at reception and at the office, according to a
general or individual program, if you need to give an employee only part of a certain job;
- Searching for and signing of contracts for in-tablet promotions based on your specifications.
Official distributors or Certified Integrators will search for partners in the tourist industry branches of
interest for you, in order to provide additional services and features via EasyonHOTEL™;
- Improvement and translation into different languages of your hotel’s web-site for the best and
most comprehensive representation of information to your potential guests and loyal clients,
including the possibility of creating an online shop or implementing an online room booking via the
Internet;
- Consulting services with regard to the hotel’s image improvement, development and
implementation of new services, implementation of loyalty programs and tools for managing them;
- Creation of virtual photo and video tours around your hotel, including interactive elements for
those guests who prefer a more visual representation.

Choosing the second one you’ll be able to set a reasonable fee to cover any expenses for implementation and support of EasyonHOTEL™. Meanwhile, we can offer you to choose the implementation basis from the following options: 1. Turnkey basis: We provide your hotel (directly or through our regional distributor) with complete ready-to-operate solution for each room (or for some specific rooms), including: - Samsung Galaxy Tab 4* Android-based tablet with a customized case, earphones, home/car charger and pre- installed EasyonHOTEL™ product; - A SIM-card connected to a local mobile data provider; - Insurance coverage including theft, loss or damage of the device; - Client’s license for each EasyonHOTEL™ tablet; - EasyonHOTEL™ basic content creation and training courses for your staff to manage content modification, notifications and reminders for guests, statistics and promotion campaigns; - Full setup, launch and informational support during the first month of operation, including additional staff training; - Technical and marketing support during the entire contract period, including any possible software related issues resolution, malfunctioning tablets replacement, promotional materials provision for the reception desk.   • 9. distribution system of user requests by the hotel departments, custom feedback and statistics forms and settings; - Insurance waiver in order to cut costs; - SIM-card and mobile connection waiver in order to use tablets exclusively as an “electronic concierge” in the hotel rooms or its territory within the area of comprehensiveWi-Fi coverage; Upon expiry of a two-year contract, ownership of the tablets with accessories will be transferred to your hotel, and you will decide whether to extend the contract for a certain period with considerable price reduction,or to renew the contract and obtain new tablets for the next 2 years. We recommend this option for chain hotels, as well as for hotels with sufficient number of marketing and customer service personnel. 2. License only: Subject to this basis, we provide your hotel (directly or through our regional distributor) with client’s license for EasyonHOTEL™ product, and train two of your employees to work with the integrator interface in order to prepare all necessary content. Those authorized employees will be given an Official Integrator Certificate. This basis includes the division of responsibilities and costsas follows: - All Android-based tablets shall be purchased by hotel, choice of the model subject to Compatible Hardware list. The tablets may be purchased at the hotel convenience, either from any supplier known to the hotel, or via our hardware providers. The seller shall be responsible for warranty service, while the hotel shall be responsible for resolving any other hardware problems not covered by warranty. - The hotel may purchase SIM-cards and sign a data contract either directly with a mobile service provider,or with us or our official distributor,at the hotel’s own discretion. In case of purchasing a SIM-card and signing a data contract directly with a mobile service provider, the hotel assumes all responsibility related to resolving any possible mobile connection or data traffic problems. - The hotel may get insurance at its sole discretion, or waive it; insurance coverage can also be provided directly by us or by our official regional distributor at an extra charge. In case of independent purchase of insurance, the hotel can specify rules and limitations for use of EasyonHOTEL™ tablets according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, and shall be liable toward the insurance company for observance of such rules and conditions;
  • 10. - EasyonHOTEL™ basic content creation and training courses for hotel’s staff to manage content modification, notifications and reminders for guests, statistics and promotion campaigns, will be carried out by your Certified Integrators; - Your Certified Integrators will also be able to supply startup and informational support during the entire contract period, including additional training and explaining operation details to your staff; - Marketing support, such as providing promotional materials for the reception desk, as well as printed materials and branded layouts, shall be our responsibility or the responsibility of our official distributor; Under this operating scheme, licenses for the use of EasyonHOTEL™ products may be provided on the basis of a license agreement for any term, starting from one month. The price of licenses varies depending on the number of prepaid licenses and their period, and goes from 0.4 Euro to 0.5 Euro per 1 device a day. NB: a number of tablet manufacturers require an additional license payment. The corresponding license fee shall be paid by hotel itself prior to first use of the tablet, and amounts to 3 Euros** per device (one-time fee) . Additional options for this basis provided under a separate contract are: - We shall provide (or search for) partners for promotion or interactive materials to place on the EasyonHOTEL™ tablets on a commercial basis; your Certified Integrators or other employees may independently search for partners and specify special prices subject to the approved price lists. - We shall cooperate with regional agencies for implementation and regular automatic updates of general tourist information about the destination; your Certified Integrators or other employees can independently decide whether to include existing EasyonPAD® general informational modules into your hotel’s tablets or not; - Integration of EasyonHOTEL™ with the PMS of your hotel (including, if necessary, selection of the most appropriate PMS and management of its implementation). This option is available through an official distributor or through us only. - Additional training of new Certified Integrators, besides those initially trained: such training is available for a certain fee according to the applicable rates for the “Certified Integrator” training program. - Implementation of separate complementary technical and program solutions, such as the hotel’s online shop, distribution of user requests by the hotel departments, custom feedback and statistics forms and form settings;This option is available through us or through an official distributor only; Under this operating format, the tablets and accessories are the hotel’s property, and you can pay for the product licenses on monthly basis. The license period starts for each tablet from the moment you first deliver it to your guest. We recommend this solution for small chain hotels, as well as for private hotels with sufficient number of personnel in the marketing and guest service departments.

Depending on various factors, we are ready to offer you a huge number of options in order to make implementation and use of our product in your hotel as easy as possible. For instance: - Tablets purchased using bank loans or with delayed payment if your budget does not have the allowance to pay the sum immediately; in a number of countries we may help you to obtain a credit line or provide you with presentational material you can use to file a loan request to a bank; - Development, implementation and support of EasyonHOTEL™ by our Certified Integrators, in case your staff is fully utilized for current tasks and doesn’t have the ability to implement the system and keep it updated; this work can easily be performed by any Certified Integrator from his office or home; - Development of different schemes to deal with insurance, deposit payments, mobile service operators, payment systems and elaboration of other technological and economical solutions to be used inEasyonHOTEL™; - Additional remote training of your employees at reception and at the office, according to a general or individual program, if you need to give an employee only part of a certain job; - Searching for and signing of contracts for in-tablet promotions based on your specifications.
