REAL ESTIMATING
Ensuring Accurate Estimates
Introduction
Now a day’s estimation has become a major part of construction industry
and full time estimators are highly paid along with fringe benefits which add
to the overheads of companies. These overheads lead to high costs and
hence to the loss of projects.
So to minimize the extra cost paid by the companies, we have created an
Estimation outsourcing platform for contracting companies for the
preparation of accurate and on time estimates without any extra costs and
overheads.

We have a following service plans for the clients which can be modified
based on the needs.

2. Per estimate services.
References
We have estimated several projects including Façade Work, Interior &
exterior renovations, new construction, Concrete repair works, Sidewalk
repair works, Site work and Excavation. These projects were located in New
York State and were distributed in all 5 boroughs. Currently we are working
as a permanent out sourcing estimators with SOMERSET CONSTRUCTION
and we have prepared several estimates and bid proposals. Here is a list of
a few projects we successfully estimated. These estimates range from small
repair work Bid Proposals to high value Renovation and New Construction
Works.
