2. Introduction
Carmen Guzman is a married mother of five with a goal in
mind and a dream in her heart.
She has been baking cakes for her children’s birthday
parties since she started having them, over 25 years ago.
In October 2008, she finally had the opportunity to open her
bakery and offer her unique Dominican cakes to anyone
interested.
Since then, she has gained a small clientele and slowly
started building her her business toward to dream she
envisioned.
Today, she is expanding her group of buyers to let her
product be known all over south Florida and eventually, the
nation.
3. What she has done
Throughout the years, Carmen has worked hard on
creating her perfect recipe as well as her decorating
skills.
She has had her mind set mainly on creating
gorgeous, memorable wedding cakes for the bride
and groom.
She has a variety of flavors to choose from as well as
a list of fillings including cannoli filling and dulce de
leche.
Carmen has also opened the gap and included gluten
free and vegan cakes, for those who desire it.
8. Our variation
Not only do we focus on wedding cakes, but we also
dive into other special occasions, such as baby
showers, Quinces, Christenings, birthday parties and
so much more.
We work a lot with fondant but are not limited to just
that.
Our goal is to make any occasion you present to us
special and memorable.

Most recently, Carmen and the company are looking to
cater to these events, not just make their cake.
We want to be the complete dream come true for the
person having the event.
Our food is considered gourmet campesina.
Everything is made fresh in our kitchen with no artificial
flavors or preservatives.
All the seasoning for the dishes are made with real
vegetables and garnish.
We hope to capture the hearts of our audience with our
authentic, natural food as well as our charm.
