Please find below the details for all exciting events we are hosting this year……….
No Registration fee… Blast yourself again this year…………...
The first day will start with the inauguration ceremony which will be followed by
events like:
Day 1: Super Singer - Solo and Group song/ Open Mic- X factor/ Sons of Pitches - Cricket
Cross fade – Debate/ Qfiesta – Quiz/ Blind date – Extempore
Day 2: Just Dance -Solo and Group Dance/Skywalk - Ramp walk/Mounantar - Mime act/Lets act -
Skit
Cultural Events :
1. Super Singer - Solo and Group song ( BASED ON KAROKE)
Time limit : 3 minutes.
Musica Solo (Solo Singing) individual
DuetoKanta (Group Singing) Registered in terms of 3-6.
2. CROSS FADE
Debate
Team size : 2 Members (favour + against)
Time limit : Maximum 4 Minutes.
3. Q FIESTA
Do you have the knowledge of challenging the world.
Quiz – Registered in terms of 2
Areas of Quiz includes : Current affairs, Sports, Business Updates, Famous
Personalities and Entertainment.
4. SONS OF PITCHES

2. Cricket ( Tennis Ball,Full 11 players team )
Please bring your own cricket kit bag and only the stumps and cricket balls will be
provided to you.
5. BLIND DATE
Extempore
You will be given a topic on that situation and you have to speak on it.
Individual Participation
Time Limit: 2-3 Minute
6. OPEN MIC
Solo
Time Limit: 1 Minute
2nd DAY EVENTS:-
1. LETS ACT
Theatre
Skit – Registered in teams of 6-10.
Time Limit: 4-5 Minutes.
2. LETS DANCE
Dance Just Dance (Solo Dance)
(Duet Dance) Registered in terms of 6-8 members.
Time Limit: 3-4 minutes
3. MOUNANTAR – MIME ACT
Do you have what it takes to send a message via drama? Show the world you can
make an impact through actions!
(Group) Registered in terms of 4-8.
Time Limit : 3 Minute.
4. SKYWALK
Team Size: 6-8 Members
Time Limit: 5 -7 Minutes
 There should be 6-8 participants per team inclusive of supporting members.

3. Themes for Ramp Walk –
 Green Revolution/Fantasy and Fiction/Retro Look
 Time limit for the ramp walk is 8-12 minutes (inclusive of stage setup).All
teams should present their introduction before starting .Points will be deducted for
exceeding the limits.
 One person per team must be there to manage sound track and one for the lights.
 No props and costumes will be provided by us. Teams have to bring their own
costumes and props.
 Use of materials like candles, matches, cigarettes, alcohol and any hazardous
materials on stage is prohibited….Teams are required to contact organizers before
using such stuffs.
 Two copies of soundtrack to be submitted in advance in standard audio format-
.wav or.mp3 of sound quality 192kbps or above to the organizers(in C.Ds only, no
laptops).
 Vulgarity of any kind would lead to disqualification of the team from the event.
Hence, if the team feels that any stunt of costume design can be deemed as vulgar, it
is strongly advised to consult organizers before performing it directly on stage.
And so with this enthralling line up of events prepared to test every possible skill,
we hope you all are excited and ready to unravel the genius within you and battle it
out for the amazing prizes that XPLORE 2K19 has to offer.
