Real Estate studies have shown that in a steady market:
75% of homes for sale at an accurately suggested listing price, sell in 3 weeks or less.
95% of the homes priced at just 2% under the suggested listing price will sell within 2
weeks.
If a home is over-priced by just 5%, chances are 1 in 20 that the home will sell in 12 weeks
or less.
My suggested listing price is an experienced evaluation of what a home would sell for,
without undue waiting or inconvenience.

will receive phone calls for buyer pre-qualification.
6. QUALITY COMMUNICATION: I guarantee to keep you informed as to anything that is pertinent to you at all
times and make myself available to you for questions continually throughout the listing period.
7. CORPORATE COVERAGE: I guarantee that our office will be staffed during normal business hours (with the
exception of holidays), and after business hours there is a professional answering service to have me paged 7
days a week/24 hours a day.
8. MANAGEMENT AVAILABILITY: I guarantee that if for any reason you have a question or circumstance that you
would like addressed by our management personnel, you will have satisfactory access and immediate personal
attention.
9. PURCHASE OFFERS: I guarantee to present all “Offers to Purchase” to you and assist you in all negotiation. I
also guarantee that once you have accepted an offer, that I will keep you informed during the entire transaction
through closing.
10. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: I guarantee to provide you information on our relocation services, which I will
make available to you without cost or obligation, regardless of where you are moving.
MY MARKETING GUARANTEE is part of your exclusive listing agreement with me, and should I fail to provide
these services, you are entitled to terminate the listing. Written termination notice must state the reason(s) for the
termination and agreed to by my office manager. You also agree to provide me with an opportunity to correct
the situation within a 24-hour period following the termination notice.
