How to do?
1. Students are told how to earn
a token, such as listening,
staying on task and raising
their hand.
2. Depending on the child's
age, tokens can be stars,
stickers or a punch card.
3. When tokens accumulate,
students may exchange
tokens for a reward that the
student chooses.
4. When students are observed
doing good deeds, teachers
give students a “GOTCHA”
ticket that can be exchanged
for prizes.
1. Jigsaw activities are a specific type of
information gap activity that work best
when used with the whole class. The
class is first divided into groups of four
to six learners who are then given
some information on a particular
aspect of the topic which they then
become the experts in.
2. The class is then re-organised into
different groups (‘jigsaw’ groups) of
four to six learners so that each
learner in the new group is from a
different ‘expert’ group and they share
their information with the new group so
they can complete a task together.

unified dance literature to
be interpreted and
perform by themselves.

The discussion was truly given us the concrete idea in the application of the major learning theories. The sharing was giving
us the enlightenment on how these learning theories changes from time to time depending on the day-to-day scenario especially in
pre, during and post pandemic. Learning theories are one of the foundations of education and influence the climate and activity
within classrooms. Upon hearing from the different sharing from my classmates, they comprehensively explain how learning occurs
and factors that influence learning. They also afford us variety in pedagogies. The learning theories help to enhance student
development and understanding.
In conclusion, there isn't a single, ideal learning theory that works for all students. The behaviorist learning approach will be
used with beginner students, who will study facts based on information. Constructivism will be used with advanced learners, who
employ fact-based knowledge and connections they have learned to make connections utilizing fact-based information, as opposed
to cognitivism, which will be used with established learners. Numerous students with a variety of requirements, learning preferences,
and experiences can be found in a normal classroom. Methodologies for teaching and learning need to be updated, improved, and
revised frequently. In order to accommodate a range of learners and create a setting that will be advantageous to both the teacher
and the students, multiple learning theories should be used.

Behaviorism Cognitivism Constructivism Activities Token Economy Jigsaw Puzzle Dance Interpretation How to do? 1. Students are told how to earn a token, such as listening, staying on task and raising their hand. 2. Depending on the child's age, tokens can be stars, stickers or a punch card. 3. When tokens accumulate, students may exchange tokens for a reward that the student chooses. 4. When students are observed doing good deeds, teachers give students a “GOTCHA” ticket that can be exchanged for prizes. 1. Jigsaw activities are a specific type of information gap activity that work best when used with the whole class. The class is first divided into groups of four to six learners who are then given some information on a particular aspect of the topic which they then become the experts in. 2. The class is then re-organised into different groups (‘jigsaw’ groups) of four to six learners so that each learner in the new group is from a different ‘expert’ group and they share their information with the new group so they can complete a task together. 1. Students will be given unified dance literature to be interpreted and perform by themselves.
  • 2. 2. The discussion was truly given us the concrete idea in the application of the major learning theories. The sharing was giving us the enlightenment on how these learning theories changes from time to time depending on the day-to-day scenario especially in pre, during and post pandemic. Learning theories are one of the foundations of education and influence the climate and activity within classrooms. Upon hearing from the different sharing from my classmates, they comprehensively explain how learning occurs and factors that influence learning. They also afford us variety in pedagogies. The learning theories help to enhance student development and understanding. In conclusion, there isn't a single, ideal learning theory that works for all students. The behaviorist learning approach will be used with beginner students, who will study facts based on information. Constructivism will be used with advanced learners, who employ fact-based knowledge and connections they have learned to make connections utilizing fact-based information, as opposed to cognitivism, which will be used with established learners. Numerous students with a variety of requirements, learning preferences, and experiences can be found in a normal classroom. Methodologies for teaching and learning need to be updated, improved, and revised frequently. In order to accommodate a range of learners and create a setting that will be advantageous to both the teacher and the students, multiple learning theories should be used.
